EMOM in 6 minutes
1 power clean, 1 hang clean, 1 power jerk
@ 75% power clean 1RM

AMRAP in 9 minutes
3 Partners alternate

300m Row
Max Pull ups
Max Push ups

Thursday

EMOM in 5 minutes
3 Deadlift @ 85% 1RM

Buy In: 800m run

When clock reaches 4 minutes

Weighted lunges
Toes to bar
